| Each tenant is required to secure a certificate of insurance stating “Saint Louis Center for the Arts/Mamiya Theatre as additionally insured for the number of days of occupancy.
Maintenance service fees are required for each event; this includes general cleaning, trash removal, restroom supplies and air conditioning.
Tenants are responsible for the removal of all props, costumes and extraneous materials upon completion of the event. Certification of Insurance $1,000,000.00 liability, bodily and property damage Extra liability is required per incident.
Maintenance Fee $65 per day and/or performance Additional Services Mamiya Theatre management will accommodate the needs of every tenant as best as possible. Occasionally, there may be instances when a production may extend beyond the abilities of the theatre.
Additional dressing areas are a concern for moderate to large casts. We can provide extra classrooms for dressing space as needed.
A conference room is also available for event that requires the need for a meeting space or hosting small events throughout the production cycle. Extra Dressing Area* (Available upon request)
The use of external classrooms adjacent to the theatre space must be coordinated with the school. Advance notice is needed for this service.
Ahuimanu Conference Room* Located on the 2 nd floor of the theatre, the Ahuimanu room can be used for a variety of functions. Advance notice is needed for this service.
